Rita Braga is a singer, composer and multi-instrumentalist with an eclectic repertoire in more than 10 languages. Her musical style keeps reinventing itself, crossing influences from vaudeville, classical cinema, post-punk and cabaret. Since 2005, she has played concerts in Europe and the United States, Brazil, Australia and Japan. Her album Bird on the Moon made The Wire’s Top 15 Ukulele. She wrote and directed A Quantic Dream, a mini sci-fi pop operetta, during a residency in Austria.
