USEFUL INFORMATION
For information you can go to the Welcome Tent, next to the Entrance.
For any clarification, you can call the number 808 200 543 (cost of a local call in the national landline network), every day of the week between 10:00 and 19:00. During the 50 hours of Serralves em Festa the service is continuous. We also advise you to consult our website at www.serralves.pt.
The spaces where the activities take place and the access routes are identified with signs placed throughout Serralves Park.
For activities with limited capacity, access is on a first-come, first-served basis, until the space is full.
The maximum number of participants for each activity are duly marked throughout the programme.
Guided tours are subject to a maximum limit. It is necessary to collect a ticket on the day of the visits, from 8am, at the Welcome Desk at the Entrance.
Activities for children and young people are identified in the programme.
SAFETY
For safety reasons, visitors cannot bring glass bottles.
No animals are permitted, except for guide dogs.
No bicycles or balls are allowed in the site
To contribute to greater safety, ID bracelets for children will be distributed in the Welcome Tent at the Entrance and should be filled in with the names of the child and the guardian and the respective telephone contact.
IN CASE OF EMERGENCY
During Serralves em Festa, in any emergency situation, accident, disappearance or other event, please contact:
Security guards or Police (PSP) officers, present in the site;
Assistants duly identified with Serralves em Festa t-shirts and a badge marked "INFO";
Lusíadas mobile medical emergency team.

Lusíadas fixed emergency stations are located near the Entrance (C1) - in operation Friday from 12:00 to 0:00, Saturday from 8:00 to 0:00, Sunday from 8:00 to 22:00), and in the Meadow (E7) - open during the 50 hours of Serralves em Festa.

FREE PARKING
The car parks in Castelo do Queijo and Casa da Música will be free for visitors to Serralves em Festa on June 2, 3 and 4. Casa da Música Park will be open for overnight parking.
You must pick up your Serralves em Festa ticket at the Serralves reception for proof at the exit of the Park.
TRAIN
Porto Urban Trains: Braga, Guimarães, Aveiro and Caíde lines.
Alight at Campanhã train station and use the Metro lines.
Long-distance and regional trains:
Alfa Pendular and Intercity (North Line), Interregional and Regional

Discount applicable for the period between the 5 days before and 5 days after the event. If you do not have your Serralves ticket when purchasing the ticket, you can also benefit from these conditions. For this purpose you must communicate that you wish to travel under a cooperation agreement between the Serralves Foundation and CP and present your Serralves ticket on the return journey. If you do not present it on your return, you will be considered a client without a valid ticket. You should pick up your voucher at the Serralves reception for this purpose.
