El Gran Final is a tragicomedy based on the reunion of two clowns, who had been separated for many years following the outbreak of the civil war. The war interrupted their last performance, even their grand finale, forcing them to go their separate ways and have no further mutual contact. Now, more than 30 years later, after endless steps, a daily and constant struggle for survival and with ageing bodies, they meet again and decide to finish their grand finale. A tribute to one of the world’s most beautiful and generous professions: being a clown.
