Lucas Ravinale and Loup Uberto (from Bégayer) capture the polyphony of informal evenings around the table of the fieldworkers from northern Italy (Bergamo, Po valley, Piemonte, Venice). This repertoire, usually sung a capella by a group of women, is interpreted by a duo of song and percussion. Pandeiros, tamburelli, fanfare-drums and old circuit bended radio transistors bestow a strange trance to the songs of partisans, pacified militaries and playful peasants.
